A care plan is a monthly retainer that keeps your website live, current and improving after launch. Three tiers, defined by what is covered rather than by hours. Priced on request, cancel monthly.
Every site we build works without one: you own it, you can edit it, and small fixes in the first week are covered. A care plan is for businesses that would rather not think about the website again.
What can a care plan cover?
Six areas. Each tier covers more of them.
- Hosting and uptime
- The site stays live on Vercel, monitored, with HTTPS renewed and the domain configuration checked.
- Content updates
- Text, image and page changes made for you within an agreed turnaround, so you never need to touch the code.
- Ongoing SEO and GEO
- Monthly work on search and AI-search visibility: new question-shaped content, schema updates, llms.txt kept current, and checks on what assistants say.
- Analytics reporting
- A short monthly report on enquiries, WhatsApp clicks, top pages and search queries, with what changed and what to do about it.
- Performance monitoring
- Core Web Vitals tracked and kept green, images and dependencies kept lean as the site grows.
- Security updates
- Framework and dependency updates applied and verified, form spam protection tuned, and a backup of the source held.

How are care plans priced?
On request, as a fixed monthly amount per tier. The price depends on the size of the site and how much changes each month, so we quote it with the build or after a look at an existing site. Plans run month to month and can be changed or cancelled with a month’s notice.
Care plans are also available for sites we did not build, on Next.js or otherwise, after a short review. Ongoing SEO and GEO work starts with the AI visibility check so there is a baseline to measure against.
